I led the end-to-end redesign of AACC’s landing page by applying strategic UX thinking, conducting user research, and identifying the core actions users needed most—ultimately transforming the interface into a real-time dashboard that supports faster decision-making.

Goal

The landing page should serve as central dashboard that provides user.

The old landing page failed to support these key goals, prompting the need for a more structured, insight-driven design.

Goal of Research

To understand how different user roles interact with the landing page, identify usability challenges, and uncover opportunities to improve visibility, access to actions, and overall information flow. The goal was to redesign the landing page into a more functional control center aligned with user needs.
