The EPM Healthcare Bid Tool is a custom-built web application designed to replace the existing PowerApps-based system currently used for managing bids at Leonard Wood Hospital. While the original tool was functional, strict IT/Azure restrictions prevented military clients from logging in and completing approvals, and the high yearly licensing cost made it unsustainable.
This new solution is built with accessibility, security, & cost-efficiency at its core. It enables external clients to log in securely, restricts unauthorized access, and significantly reduces yearly maintenance costs compared to PowerApps. The application is reusable across different clients, making it a scalable investment for the Property Sector.
As the UX Designer, I was responsible for translating the Property Sector’s business requirements into a user-friendly, scalable web application. My role covered the full design lifecycle—starting from discovery and requirement gathering, through to interaction design and testing.
